The latter is Robert Baratheon’s bastard son with Delena Florent of house Florent (the cousin of Stannis Baratheon’s wife, Selyse. A booze-blind Robert ‘deflowered’ the young Delena in Stannis’s and Selyse’s wedding bed on the night of their wedding). It doesn’t seem likely that she is his mother in the show, though.
