These people are not free. They are slaves to passions, too bad causes, to acting against their interest. They have exciting actions but are easily distracted. their attention redirects itself to a new plan & their enthusiasm turns in that direction. this doesn’t mean they don’t accomplish things because they do & can in a short amount of time too.
